This house at Playamar was designed 2 years ago and is now on its constructions phase. Its living is a double high space that turns out of the house line to get better views over a nearby green area.

This is one of our latest designs: A spectacular house located on a large slope. Everything has been designed to adapt the house to the plot, taking advantage of the different terraces and maximizing its views.

A 2017 designed project now finished. It is a single house with 2 floors and basement, placed on Coín at Sierra Gorda urbanization. The house opens to the outside and pool using cantilevers that create covered terraces at different levels.

One of our last projects, to be built in the next months. A contemporary style single house that adapts to the plot's levels with terraces and platforms that follow the slope.

This house was finished on 2017 and is located in Playamar, Torremolinos. The house is organized around the pool, that can be seen from the inside. In the living room, its double height make it a great space full of light.

We made the refurbishment of a more than 100 years old house. It had huge walls, small windows and narrow stairs so the house was very dark. To solve it we made a new stairs that become the centre of the house giving light and sense to the whole.

In 2017 we designed the extension of this luxurious Guadalmina villa. The challenge of this project was expanding the house keeping its style. The result is an extension that perfectly fits the original house.

We designed a modern style villa with big windows and white regular forms. The plot is located in Mijas and has great views over the sea so we placed big openings facing that side.
